Sacrilicious Last Super – Philadelphia Beard and Mustache Club
I recently finished this composite photo of the Philadelphia Beard and Mustache Club for a 2015 calendar featuring beard clubs from around the country. It took me a long time to finish and I am honestly really happy with the final product. I have gotten a ton of positive feedback, which is AWESOME! However, I have also received a little bit of criticism from the comment section community. I am all for criticism, but I would really love some specifics on what I need to do to make this better in a technical sense. You can’t please everyone when it comes to ‘art’. Opinions and taste will always vary from person to person, but I definitely believe there are right and wrong ways to do something on the technical level, such as camera work, Photoshop and Lightroom are concerned. I went to school for business and psychology for some reason. So as far as photography and retouching go, I have been studying under the Prof. Trial and Prof. Error. They are great at teaching, but they lack the ability to offer constructive criticism. So, if you find yourself with some free time, I welcome any critiques or words of wisdom you may have. I have already been told that I should “suck less,” which is sound advice, but that in itself is not enough. Feel free to email me at email@example.com and thank you!
